Floorplan

Floorplan reps live on independent density

The franchise row is easy to see from the highway. The book is the buy-here pay-here store, the new owner, and the lot you drove past because the appointment moved.

A day that is mostly small lots

Search the city. Tag BHPH, high volume, or new ownership in your own words. The stores you have never walked stay visible, including the independent just outside the ZIP you typed.

A route holds 10 stops. That is a floorplan day: enough doors to matter, few enough that you can still write down who can sign before you pull out.

The follow-up is a dealer, not a task

“Call me after the auction” is useless in a notebook. On the lot it is a date, a contact, and a pin you can drive to. When one store cancels, unvisited dealers within 10 miles are the rest of the afternoon.
