Plain rules for using Lot Warrior. This is not a law-firm document. It is the agreement that ships with the product.
The product
Lot Warrior helps you find lots, plan a drive, and keep your own follow-ups. Listings come from public map and directory sources and from lots you add. They can be wrong, closed, or missing. A route time is an estimate from a public routing service, not a promise you will arrive then.
There is no subscription inside the app and no charge is taken here.
Your book
Notes, contacts, and follow-ups you enter are yours. You need the right to store a person’s name and number. The account exists so that book can follow you to another phone. Export it whenever you want. Deleting the account deletes that hosted copy.
Don’t use the app to scrape, overload, or misrepresent the map services it calls. Don’t try to get into someone else’s book.
Accounts
Keep the password and the recovery code. There is no email reset. If you replace the recovery code, the old one stops working immediately. Signing in on a second phone does not kick the first one off. You can sign the others out from Account.
If a session expires while you are writing a note, the note stays on that phone. Sign in again to sync it.
If something breaks
The app is provided as it is. Map data, drive times, and directory listings can fail or disagree. Use Account to export a backup before you rely on the book for a quarter’s worth of calls.
Bug notes from “Found something stupid?” go to lotwarriorapp@gmail.com. Account still handles export, the recovery code, the password, email on a password account, and deletion. Lot corrections are Add a lot and Report a problem on Hunt.
