Warranty
Don’t walk in cold at a store you were in last Tuesday
Warranty work is the relationship at the store: service, the desk, the owner who actually listens. The failure mode is showing up with no memory of the last conversation.
The card before the handshake
Open the dealer. Last visit, status, the person you talked to, the follow-up date, the note. If they asked for pricing, it is still there. You are not reconstructing the store from a text thread in the parking lot.
Coverage, not just mileage
The useful question is who has not seen you. Unvisited stores and overdue follow-ups are how a warranty territory gets holes. Build My Day prefers those over a store you already worked this week. Ten stops, then you are done driving.
