After the door
Track dealership visits, contacts, and follow-ups
The visit is worthless if the callback dies in a notes app you never open. The follow-up list knows where the dealer is.

One outcome, then the note
At the stop you pick what happened: spoke with the decision maker, spoke with an employee, left information, follow-up needed, not interested, or closed. The note comes after. You are not filling out a CRM form between the door and the car.
The person, not just the store
Contacts sit on the lot: name, title, phone, and whether they can say yes. Next time you are in that parking lot you are not asking the receptionist for a name you already had.
Private tags mark the store in your language. Floorplan prospect, new ownership, needs follow-up. They are not a company-wide picklist.
The follow-up has a day
Today, overdue, and this week are on the hunt before you build another route. A due callback outranks a random unvisited store when the day is planned. If the signal drops, the note stays on the phone and syncs when you are back.
Export the book when you want a file: dealers, contacts, notes, follow-ups, and routes. The tracker is yours, not a report someone else can lock.
